Original American Idol winner returns, fresh from the success of her Top 5 single Mr Know It All, with her new single Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You).
The singer continues with the Upbeat Pop Rock genre on this absolute belter of a track. The song is described as an ‘anthem for recovery and empowerment’ and it certainly does its best to get this across. Much like previous releases (Since U Been Gone and I Do Not Hook Up) this is a powerful radio friendly musical masterpiece showcasing just how talented Kelly Clarkson really is. I have been lucky enough to see the singer live a few times and it is no secret this girl can sing and Stronger provides some fabulously fantastic hooks and high notes.
The song opens with a powerful guitar chord and drum beat preparing you for the chorus which is a sassy, uplifting, welcomed occasion. If you’re not singing along I don’t know what will!
The video sees Kelly looking the best she has. Stunning, mature and healthy, Clarkson doesn’t take herself too seriously either whilst dancing in the streets with a flashmob.
Easily one of her best releases to date, Kelly Clarkson hopes to land another Top 5 single with this attempt. It is taken from her fifth studio album, of the same name, that was released in October peaking in the UK at #5. The single is available to download NOW.
