will introduce free online voting for its forthcoming series.

During the premiere – which airs this Saturday (August 7th) – the fifteen celebrities will be paired with professional dancers, before going into training for the live shows.

When the live shows begin in a few weeks time, viewers will be able to vote their favourites by phone, or online for free at bbc.co.uk/strictly - those votes will be combined with the judges’ scores, to determine the bottom two. The judges will then decide who stays and who goes, after watching the bottom two couples dance again.

Claudia Winkleman will continue to host the Results Show with Tess Daly.
